Residue and Cycle Time Planner
Residue form decides the cleaning method, not pressure. Set what you are actually washing off and this shows where your soil sits in the 10-60 second adjustable rinse window, and which mechanism carries the load.

The mechanism behind the recommendation
Cleaning relies on kinetic energy transfer, and a high-velocity jet delivers impact force proportional to the fluid velocity squared. Hard, brittle deposits respond well to that concentrated impact.
- Soft, tacky residue behaves the opposite way: lower pressure with higher flow removes it better, because high pressure smears it across the surface instead of lifting it.
- Scale needs mechanical contact more than it needs water, which is where brush pressure and dwell time do the work.
- A jet reaches a point; a brush sweeps a surface. Both series run the two together.
This planner sets a starting window, not an acceptance specification. The honest way to fix a cycle is to run your own barrel. Back to the drum washing machine page.
