Why this checker does not give you a shift output number

The rated figures are cycle rates: 100 barrels per hour on the round-barrel series and 100-200 barrels per hour on the square-bucket series. Multiplying a cycle rate by shift length overstates real output, because it ignores everything that happens between cycles.

• Changeover between barrel types
• How heavy the residue is on the barrels coming in
• Brush cleaning between runs
• Rewash rate on barrels that do not come clean first pass
