Why this question comes first

One question sorts every search result you will see: is the drum the thing being cleaned, or is the drum part of the machine? Everything else follows from that.

• Drum as the item cleaned means a container washer.
• Drum as part of the machine means parts tumble, pulp mats, produce turns or textiles wash inside it.
• No machine at all means you are looking at a barrel of fluid, not equipment.
