How long does it take to get a quotation?
For standard machines, we typically reply with an initial quotation within 24 working hours. For complete production lines or custom configurations, a detailed proposal with layout drawings is usually ready in 3–5 working days after our engineering team reviews your requirements.

Can you build a complete turn-key plant?
Yes. Our customized one-stop service covers plant layout design, equipment manufacturing, line installation, operator training and after-sales support. We’ve delivered turn-key bottling and packaging plants worldwide, from compact 2,000 BPH starter lines to 36,000 BPH industrial facilities.

What’s the warranty & after-sales process?
Every machine is covered by a full 2-year warranty on all parts. Our engineers respond to technical requests within 24 hours, and replacement parts are dispatched via international courier and arrive at your facility within 5 working days. On-site servicing is available globally on request.

Do you ship and install internationally?
Yes — we export worldwide. We handle export packing, shipping documentation and customs coordination, and dispatch our own engineers for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training in your facility.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Our workshop is in Zhangjiagang, about 80km from Shanghai Pudong Airport. Let us know your travel dates and we’ll arrange airport pickup, factory tour, machine demonstrations and meetings with our engineering team.
